Job Responsibilities

Oversee finance functions including operational finance, corporate finance, treasury, taxation as well as management and financial reporting.

Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.

Provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.

Develop and maintain yearly budget and ensure budgeting processes and systems comply with corporate target.

Report company financial and operational performance to the audit committee, board risk management committee and board of directors.

Take charge of the company's financial plans and cash flow budget planning and review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.

Engage and communicate effectively with colleagues, investors, customers, suppliers, regulators, and other internal and external stakeholders.
