The CFO is responsible for full financial stewardship of the company, combining hands‑on operational execution with strategic financial planning. The position requires strong command of Swiss GAAP, fluency in German/English,tax compliance, and the ability to operate effectively in a lean, entrepreneurial structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations, including accounting, controlling, budgeting, and reporting
