Role Summary:

The CFO will lead the Finance & Accounts Department and drive financial strategy, capital structure planning, and financial governance for a manufacturing business entering M&A and major greenfield expansion. The role requires hands‑on Oracle ERP capability, strong banking relationships, and experience raising large credit lines and CAPEX loans. The CFO must work independently without reliance on assistants or analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Finance, Banking & Capital Management

• Secure new credit lines (minimum USD 50M) and CAPEX financing (USD 100M+).
• Lead funding strategy for M&A, JV structures, and expansion.
