This position supports the tooling department in the use, improvement, preventative maintenance, and development of stamping dies and processes for progressive and transfer dies in mechanical press in a varying range of Materials and thickness and requires a deep technical level that can solve problems and even propose design improvements.

• Represents Fabrication, Tool and Die departments to assist in improving the plant's performance goals.
• Manages, develops, and executes projects including new, replacement, operations improvements, and repairs.
• Utilizes best practices, industrial standards, and common systems to support the overall competitive manufacturing.
• Ensures long term, cost effective maintenance of equipment and facility.
• Travels to review the manufacture and tests of the dies.
