About the Role:
The Chief Test Engineer serves as the technical resource for Test Engineering, supporting product quality, yield, and capacity objectives. This role ensures test setups, programs, and methods are optimized and aligned with specifications, drives test yield improvements, supports production ramp-ups, and leads cross-functional initiatives to enhance test processes.
What You Will Do:
Act as the technical resource for Test Engineering and lead other Test Engineers to meet section goals, deliverables, and KPIs.
Perform electrical test qualification of test setups or transfers in support of production ramp and capability.
Ensure Test GR&R meets requirements and is maintained.
Reduce test overkills and drive test yield improvement.
Own Test program changes, optimization, qualification, and deployment.
