Responsibilities:
Guide the improvement and innovation of the vehicle's road noise performance development system, enhance the team's road noise control capabilities, and tackle key and difficult road noise issues, including:

• Sort out the development process and system of road noise performance, propose improvement plans based on the actual situation of the company, and guide the improvement;
• Develop a road noise performance development plan and technical roadmap, conduct systematic training for team members, and enhance the team's NVH performance planning and integration matching capabilities;
• Conduct technical research on the difficult problems encountered in the development of road noise performance for vehicle models, and improve control methods;
