Job Responsibilities

• Led a maintenance team in day-to-day servicing and maintenance of building ACMV & BMS system including Electrical Chiller, Cooling Tower, Adsorption Chiller, Liquid Desiccant System, Pumps,
• Mechanical Ventilation Fan, Smoke Detection System, Slab Cooling System, and other small M&E system.
• To establish strong communication with Client, Building Managing Agent, Sub-contractors, and vendors, fostering collaboration and smooth coordination of maintenance activities.
• Support facilities operations by delivering engineering solutions that enhance M&E systems' reliability and robustness, perform troubleshooting & rectification of system issues, and provide recommendations to reduce down time.
• Plan and manage effective Preventative, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance programs, to minimize operational disruption and to extend equipment lifespans.
