**Position Overview:**

This position plans, organizes, directs and supervises assigned activities of the department which are necessary in maintaining the physical structures, Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC), mechanical, electrical systems, utilities and grounds of the hospital in an operative and safe working condition. Accountable for planning and maintaining an effective organization, for administering labor and material controls, for training of maintenance personnel in safety and for effective management practices.

**EDUCATION:**

+ HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

**TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:**

+ 4 years recent relevant experience.
