Job Description

Our client is a Construction Company. To support their business, they are looking for Chief Commercial Officer to join the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Being responsible for Strategic and Operations plans for After-Sale Service, Store Management, Procurement, Purchasing, and Cost Control functions.
  • Managing the strategic procurement and category management activities, including liaising with business units and suppliers, sourcing, evaluating proposals, and negotiating contracts on contractual and commercial terms.
  • Supervising and controlling all contracts and agreements with the main contractor, sub‐contractor, and supplier.
  • Managing purchasing budgets, forecasting expenses, and handling cost savings.
  • Being responsible for Budget and Cost Management and Controlling.
  • Managing after-hand-over service and collaborating with clients for transferring phase.
