Key Responsibilities

oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy and compliance with gaap. develop and maintain internal control systems and act as a strategic partner to the cfo. guide sox compliance and manage external and internal audits.

Qualifications

15+ years of accounting experience. cpa certification. strong background in u.s. Gaap.
