**Now hiring! Chemical Plant Operator - Wyandotte**
The scope of activities for our Chemical Plant Operators range from field tasks such as material handling, big bag filling, truck filling, drum line operations, utilities, and tank farm management to control room operations, such as recipe management, process control, and troubleshooting. Advancement depends on the demonstrated knowledge across all product manufacturing technologies and job tasks.
A training plan will be created based on the individual's experience combined with the need of the Wyandotte Resins team at the time of hire. CPOs must possess a like mindset, able to handle changing conditions and direction from their Supervisors without undue stress or resistance to change.
**Rotating 12 hour shifts, (6am-6pm, 6pm-6am) J-swing schedule with Overtime available and Shift Differential for Nightshift.**
