**Job Description**

This role focuses on supporting a high-volume rubber and chemical manufacturing operation by loading and operating production machinery, packaging finished products, and handling materials safely and efficiently. You will work on an assembly line, assist with rubber cutting and additive packaging, and use material handling equipment to move and prepare products for shipment while following strict safety and quality standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Load rubber materials into cutting machinery and monitor equipment during operation to ensure consistent output.
+ Package rubber additives into bags and boxes according to specific weight, measurement, and labeling requirements.
