Job Description
Provides engineering support to operations, specifically: Processes data collection and analysis;Develops measurement systems;Evaluates problematic waste streams;Conducts Operator training as needed;Troubleshoots and optimizes facility processes; andEvaluates emergency response and incident situations. Provides the following technical support for regulatory activities: Permit submittals and reports;Emission estimates;Evaluation of regulatory impact on operations. Identifies, develops and implements projects and facility modifications to improve safety, compliance and/or profitability performance. Estimates resources and participants required to achieve project goals. Develops written project plans for organizational approval. Effectively communicates project expectations and project status to team members and stakeholders in a timely fashion through documents, formal presentations, and ad hoc communications.
