Skills and Experience: -

• Minimum of three years’ experience as a chef in a fast-paced environment

• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

• Certificate in Food Safety

• Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver high-quality food.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to foster relationships within a team-based environment

• Proficiency in planning menus to accommodate diverse cultural and dietary requirements.
