**Role Overview**

Sodexo is hiring our **Chef Manager** position for **Colorado Mesa University** in **Grand Junction, Colorado** . Our successful candidate will oversee the culinary operations for the campus dining hall. The ideal candidate must be highly flexible and ready to accommodate diverse customer requests. This position will assist the Resident Dining Manager and work closely with campus executive chef to positively influence the student's well-belling and create a healthy learning environment.

**What You'll Do**

+ Be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting
+ Ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
