We are recruiting a Chef De Partie on a full-time, temporary basis, working 38 hours per week including alternate weekends.
This will be a temporary position for 9 months.
Pay scale from ยฃ27,000 DOE.
The role of Chef De Partie
Assisting with the dayโtoโday running of a busy production kitchen and providing high quality food from an agreed menu. You will oversee our counter service, the carvery, pizza oven and patisserie counter. A strong pastry background is also a requirement of this position.
This role benefits from sociable hours with no splitโshifts as well as alternate weekends off plus a day off in the week and only one late night a week.
Key responsibilities will include ensuring the highest standard of customer service is always delivered. You must be a team player and support the rest of the kitchen team during a busy service.
