**What We Need From You**

The ideal candidate will have:

+ 2–3 years’ culinary experience (experience in a hotel or restaurant environment is highly desirable)
+ Grill experience (advantageous)
+ A Commercial Cookery qualification
+ Experience working with food safety systems such as HACCP (desirable)
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Strong attention to detail
