What you’ll be doing?
As Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for managing a section - preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality rosette standard ’ll use your passion, innovation and current trends to create new dishes alongside the Head Chef and support/mentor any Commis Chef’s and Apprentices working alongside you.
