We're building something bold — New York street food energy, quality ingredients, and a kitchen team that takes pride in every cover. We're looking for a strong Chef de Partie to be the right hand to our Head Chef and help us build the kitchen from day one.

• Own and manage your station to a consistently high standard through every service
• Lead and direct junior kitchen staff, setting the standard and maintaining it under pressure
• Communicate with suppliers and assist with ordering, stock levels, and waste reduction
