About Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars

Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars is located directly outside Blackfriars station, a few minutes away from Bank and is a short stroll from St. Paul’s Cathedral, the Tate Modern and South Bank. Duties and responsibilities:

  • Participate in and supervise the preparation and cooking of all food on the given section in accordance with established recipe cards and methods.
  • Check daily function sheets, menus, event orders and forecasts to ensure appropriate production levels.
