The Head Chef of this 4* corporate hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie with previous experience, who can strongly support the team in the kitchen. This busy hotel, which is situated in the Leicester offers an international menu in the restaurant and bar area and is also a popular venue for weddings and conferences catering for over 400 guests across 21 meeting rooms. The hotel prides itself on providing good quality, seasonally changing fresh food prepared and cooked to high standards. You will be working with a strong team of Chefs.
