The Exec Chef of a group of pubs is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join the group at one of its flagship pubs near Preston. The pub is very busy with a high turnover, offering all day dining and Sunday lunches of which the menus are semi branded. They require a Chef de Partie that can maintain the standards that are expected by the locals and visitors that return regularly due to the pubs good reputation in the area. As Chef de Partie you will need to work closely with the motivated team of 12 chefs to ensure service times run smoothly and the kitchen paperwork is all up to date. The seasonally changing semi branded fresh food menus consist of favourite pub dishes and as Chef de Partie you will have an input on the specials.
