Chef de Partie - London Reporting to the Culinary Director, you will be responsible for the preparation of all foods within the kitchen, ensuring it is to the highest of standards. You will be quick, efficient and accurate, providing a prompt service delivery. Following the clear directions of the Culinary Director, you will learn the importance of consistency and cost control.
