Full Time Chef Required

Rebel Hospitality Pty Ltd T/A Kiki Restaurant is looking for a full-time Chef to operate the kitchen team at their restaurant based in Darlinghurst NSW 2010.

Key Responsibilities:

·Checking freshness of food and ingredients.

·Supervising and coordinating activities of cooks and other food preparation workers.

·Developing recipes and determining how to present the food

·Planning menus and ensuring uniform serving sizes and quality of meals.

·Inspecting supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality.
