Job Responsibility:
Cloncurry Roadhouse is in urgent need of a Chef to join its busy restaurant. You will take on the running of designated sections as required within our kitchen (breakfast, lunch and or dinner). Your responsibilities will include the management/overseeing and running of your kitchen section/s and services, including the planning of our menus (seasonal and specials), organising, and preparing per the decided menus.
Tasks:
As chef, you will be assigned within the breakfast, lunch or dinner service shifts of the restaurant over the course of your tenure. Within this, your tasks will include:
