We are looking for a Chartering Manager to lead commercial activities for the fleet, driving fixture performance, managing relationships with charterers, and securing profitable cargo opportunities across key trading routes. This role requires strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment.

• Develop and execute chartering strategies for Handy, Supramax and Ultramax, Panamax, and MPP vessels
• Identify, negotiate, and conclude time charter and voyage charter fixtures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with charterers, brokers, traders, and counterparties
