Job Description
Chartered Accountant (Contracting / Construction / Real Estate)
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA / ACCA / CPA)
- Prior experience in a contracting/construction/real‑estate company
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of project costing, financial reporting, and budgeting
- In‑depth understanding of UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations
- Experience in audits, compliance, and financial controls
- Proficiency with MS Excel and accounting/ERP software
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
