Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Internal Audits, Management Audits, Statutory Audits, and Tax Audits.


• Handle Income Tax scrutiny assessments, notices, and representations before tax authorities.


• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory laws.


• Assist in IPO-related assignments, due diligence, and regulatory compliances.


• Prepare and review Restated Financial Statements in accordance with applicable regulations.


• Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of assignments.

 Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Audit, Taxation, and Accounting Standards.


• Experience in handling Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, and Internal Audits.


• Good understanding of Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
