About the Role

As a CBRE Technical Associate Supervisor (BO Chargeman 11kV), you will guide a team responsible for cross‑functional projects and programs. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do

• To be overall responsible for the safety and proper operation of high‑tension power supply and standby generator emergency power supply.
• To perform site works such as preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, site repair works, and corrective maintenance.
• Facilitate the development of a charter and integrated timeline.
• Ensure that the team remains on schedule. Resolve escalated issues in a timely manner.
• Manage internal and external relationships with vendors. Seek out new vendors, obtain pricing, and approve contracts.
