About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Chargehand / Supervisor (Civils) to join our growing team based in Bodmin. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and hands-on supervisor to lead a small civils crew delivering high-quality utility reinstatement, surfacing, and civil engineering works across the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
