Job Description
This role focuses on managing and expanding relationships with external real estate brokers and channel partners to drive property sales. The ideal candidate will:
Onboard train and activate new brokers (locally and internationally)
Maintain strong relationships and act as the main point of contact for partner agents
Ensure compliance with agreements and performance tracking
Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams for sales enablement
Organize broker events property tours and launch campaigns
Track market activity and competitor movements to adjust broker strategy
Support brand positioning and business growth through broker channels
RequirementsExperience: 5 to 6 years with real estate developers.
Driving License: Valid UAE driving license required...
