Job Summary
As a Change and Training Consultant, you will support the growth of this key business area and contribute to the companyβs strategic development. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the change process for all impacted stakeholders within the assigned client, utilising a structured Organisational Change Management (OCM) methodology. This will ensure that end users understand how their roles will evolve due to the project implementation and are fully trained, prepared, and equipped to transition to new systems and ways of working. By following proven OCM practices, the Consultant will enable a smooth and successful adoption of changes, ensuring that stakeholders are aligned, engaged, and ready for the transformation. On the job training is provided on the NTT DATA Business Solutions project toolset.
