Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Change Manager (Technology) to lead organisational change and adoption initiatives across major digital transformation programs, including ERP and enterprise-wide technology projects.
This role is responsible for driving business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, training, and adoption activities to ensure successful implementation and long-term benefits realisation.
The successful candidate will play a key role in minimising disruption, embedding new ways of working, and building organisational capability throughout the transformation journey.
