Job Description
The Change Manager is a strategic role responsible for driving the cultural shift and enterprise-wide adoption required for LKAβs transition to a centralized Data Lakehouse (GCP) and modern Business Intelligence platform - Enterprise Looker Studio. Working closely with executive sponsors, LKA implementation partner, Group IT, and core business units (e.g., Merchandising, Sourcing, Production Support), this person will ensure the business fundamentally transforms how it leverages data for decision-making. Moving beyond basic system training, the Change Manager will focus on executive coaching, proactive resistance management, data literacy, and tangible benefits realization to LKA.
