Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for a Change Manager (Procurement and Supply) on a 3 months contract initially with a possibility of further extension.

Main responsibilities:

1. Deliver a change consultancy service to senior managers, providing strategic business focused advice on all aspects of change management, organisational design, meeting current and future business objectives within the context of the overall Council wide strategy.


2. Managing a range of complex people behavioural change related matters such as those relating to structure changes, working behaviour and procedures including gaining any relevant verbal and/or written implications.


3. Maintains an overview of the issues and risks for the change programme and seeking resolution through agreed actions.
