As the IT Service Management Change Manager, you'll have ownership of change processes and focus on improving risk control and delivery practices. In this role, you will collaborate closely with ITSM leadership and delivery teams to enhance change management practices and ensure high-quality changes are adopted. Your expertise will directly impact change quality, reduce risks, and drive improvements in key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the entire Change Management process, with authority for approvals
• Govern all types of changes including normal and expedited changes
• Facilitate bi-weekly Change Advisory Board meetings
• Monitor and enhance key change KPIs and metrics
• Optimize Change processes in ServiceNow for CMDB alignment
