Role Purpose:
The Change Manager is responsible for leading organisational change management, stakeholder engagement, business readiness, communication, training enablement, and adoption activities across strategic enterprise initiatives within the Eduvos E-PMO portfolio. The role ensures that organisational change impacts are proactively identified, assessed, managed, governed, and embedded to maximise successful delivery outcomes, business adoption, operational readiness, and long-term value realisation.Β

The role forms part of the enterprise delivery enablement capability within the E-PMO and supports strategic initiatives requiring significant organisational change management, executive engagement, behavioural change, process transformation, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional coordination.Β
