Job Description
Strada’s Change Management practice supports clients globally to maximize the value of their investments in transformation programs, particularly with cloud‑based Human Capital Management and Financial technologies such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Cornerstone OnDemand. The Change Management Director is a member of the practice’s leadership team, supporting the practice and its consultants, driving business development and continuous improvement of our offerings and tools. This role leads the overall management and execution of client projects and may involve formal people‑leader responsibilities with direct reports.
