RED Global is seeking an experienced Change & Communications professional to support the P&O Archiving & Document Management System (DMS) Program. This role ensures a smooth transition from folder-based document storage to a Workday-integrated DMS for all P&O/HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead communication strategy and content for DMS rollout, including training programs, workshops, and hands-on support.
• Ensure employees understand and adopt new document workflows, reducing resistance and maximizing engagement.
• Collaborate with P&O leadership, IT teams, and vendors to manage stakeholders and maintain consistent messaging.
