Job Description

I am currently looking for a Change Adoption Analyst to provide analytical, planning, and governance support across the technology transformation and change portfolios - including Lending, Online Banking, and cross‑platform key part of this role is to design and mobilise the Benefits Realisation Methodology, particularly focused on Investment Requests.


Requirements:

  • Support the Change Adoption Manager in overseeing adherence to the change and adoption framework across multiple tech portfolios.

  • Review project plans and artefacts to ensure adoption activities (comms, training, readiness, impacts) are included and sequenced correctly.

  • Maintain consolidated reporting dashboards covering adoption readiness, risks, issues, and status summaries for senior leadership.

  • Define and document the Benefits Realisation Methodology for technology transformation portfolios.
