Key Responsibilities / 主要職責
監控並操作半導體無塵室及廠務區域的空調系統，確保生產環境穩定，涵蓋冷凍水、熱水、新風、循環風、排氣、CDA（潔淨乾燥空氣）、PV（製程真空）及一般空調系統。
執行空調設備的例行檢查、預防保養及故障排除，包含空調箱、冰水機、泵浦、冷卻水塔及控制系統。
