Responsibilities

• Reconcile internal reports against merchants’ reports (e.g., BPI, Billspay, GSave, etc.)
• Ensure quality output through validation of reports
• Endorse valid adjustment to merchants/partners and/or internal team upon approval
• Handle customer/internal concerns through multiple channels within agreed SLA
• Prepare month-end reports and schedules
• Check and analyze reports and records provided internally and externally by partners
• Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to update and resolve issues in the products assigned
