• Own the Certinia platform roadmap and prioritize scope across all workstreams
• Lead Resource Management — staffing, capacity, skills-based allocation & scheduling
• Define Time & Expense Management — entry rules, approvals & billing linkage
• Own Billing Events, invoice readiness & release to finance workflows
• Drive Services CPQ / Estimator — templates, pricing assumptions & project conversion
• Translate business requirements into backlog items, decisions & release priorities
• Own data migration scope, integrations & cutover readiness
• Drive UAT, defect triage, business sign-off & go-live readiness
