Assignment Type: Locum Tenens

• Primary Call: Every 3rd weeknight & 4th weekend
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Call Shift: 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Ongoing Call Rotation: 3 on / 1 off
• Call Response Time: 30 minutes

• Types of cases: General surgery, endoscopy, OB ( 450 deliveries/year), orthopedics (including some spine), urology, gynecology, podiatry, cardiac ( 380 cath lab & TEE/year)
• Spinals, Epidurals, Nerve Blocks: Proficiency required
• Caselogs: Required, including proof of spinals, epidurals, and blocks
• Supervision: MD and CRNA practice

• Providers during the day: 4
• Operating Rooms: 4
