Opportunity:
Advanced Practice - (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Job Details:
* Provide anesthesia services with medical direction from anesthesiologist
* Support expansion of weekend OR coverage including 7 ORs on Saturday and Sunday plus OB
* Work 10-hour shifts with evening and day shifts available
* Cover Friday through Monday shifts to minimize incentive shifts and support planned OR expansion
* Perform various types of surgery including cardiac, complete orthopedic, complex vascular, head/spine, neuro, OB, pediatric, regional, and thoracic
* Provide general anesthesia for adult, pediatric, neonatal, and trauma cases
* Administer spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia
* Handle obstetrical, neurosurgical, open heart, thoracic, and complex vascular cases
* Perform pain management techniques including post-op epidural and extremity blocks
* Manage ventilation and acute volume/blood pressure issues
