Position Details:
* Assignment Type: Permanent (PERM)
* Start Date: As soon as possible
* Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
* Setting: Inpatient
Call Requirement:
* CRNAs take 2nd call for backup emergency cases and OB monitoring.
* Call schedule: 1 weekday per week & 1 weekend per month.
Practice Model & Team:
* Current Staffing: 4 MDs (including Chief), aiming to increase to 6.
* CRNAs: Currently 5, looking to expand to 6.
* Some supervision of CRNAs.
Case Types & Volume:
* Annual Volume:
* 900 inpatient OR cases
* 5,000 outpatient cases (including endoscopy)
* 450 births per year
* Anesthesia Sites: Up to 7 at a time (4 ORs / 3 Endo suites).
* Bread & Butter Cases in Specialties Including:
* Bariatrics
* Non-invasive Cardiology
* ENT (including healthy pediatrics)
* General Surgery
* GI
* Orthopedics
* Urology
* OBGYN
