* Most cases are orthopedic - total hips, knees, and shoulders
* Facility is open Monday-Friday
* No weekends

* Team environment - anesthesiologists medically direct CRNAs
* Many ortho cases are done requiring multiple peripheral nerve blocks for postop pain management
* 15+ operating rooms
* Cases start around 7a-7:30a and they work to have all patients in the Recovery Room by 4:30p
* Providers rotate through the later days
