**Job Description:**

The Pathfinders Program is a training program designed to equip selected participants with the skills necessary to take and pass the CNA certification exam. Upon completion of training and passing of the certification exam, each participant will have a full-time CNA position awaiting them at one of our care site facilities.

Pathfinder participants will learn how to accurately and compassionately act as a clinical support partner to assist the patient care team by performing various tasks and procedures as instructed by a licensed professional. Caregivers in this role will become skilled at basic patient care skills including toileting, bathing, linen and clothing changes, ambulating, comfort measures, and other patient care skills.

A participant in good standing, upon completion of an approved CNA program has the opportunity to advance to a Patient Care Tech (PCT) or a Home Care Aide position at Intermountain Health. Pathfinders participa...
