Position is located: Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center
Work Type: Full Time
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Work Schedule: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Summary:
Provides direct and in-direct patient care under direction of nursing staff. Performs duties such as feed, bathe, dress, groom, or move patients, or change linens. May transfer or transport patients.
Responsibilities:
• Communicates and interacts with patients and families, physicians, peers and other health care members to maximize successful customer outcomes and maximize function of the unit. • Precepts team members to job function • Orients patient to hospital environment and routine • Attends and serves on one unit committee or educational peer opportunity to improve quality and/or engagement. • Documents all aspects of patient care in a timely manner. • Participates i...
