**Responsibilities**
The **Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) – IOP** will provide direct clinical services to individuals enrolled in the Intensive Outpatient Program. This role is responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, facilitating group and individual counseling sessions and monitoring client progress. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address clients’ physical, psychological, and social needs, with the goal of promoting successful recovery.
